Spoil mom this Mother’s Day with Gourmet Breakfast-in-Bed

March 28th 2011:

She’s the most important woman in all our lives so, for one day every year; our Moms deservedly get a day off to be spoilt rotten. In case you’ve missed it in your diary, that day is this Sunday, April 3rd – Mother’s Day.

Breakfast in bed is such a rare treat, but it’s one our mothers would love to be surprised with and now Thomas Street deli, Cornstore at Home, are here to help. They are offering a host of locally sourced organic ingredients to let you (or the kids) really impress Mom this Mother’s Day.

Delicious ingredients like Organic Smoked Salmon served with cream cheese on sour dough bread and topped off with strawberries and champagne or Prosecco are bound to delight any Mom, or indulge her with Jack Mc’s Dry Cured Bacon and Black and White Puddings, and Caroline Rigney’s Handmade Sausages (they’re low in fat too) with Free-Range Eggs. The best ingredients make the best breakfast – and we can have only the best for Mom!

The Cornstore at Home is also offering dinner parcels if you’re planning a family dinner at home on Sunday; call on 061-609905 or email deli@cornstoreathome.com with enquiries or drop in – they are conveniently open until 7pm every evening Monday to Saturday.

If you’re taking Mom out to Sunday lunch, the Cornstore Restaurant is celebrating Mother’s Day all day long with live jazz entertainment in the afternoon and family fun for the kids with face-painting. Make sure to book early to secure your table. Call the Cornstore Restaurant on 061-609000 or email reservations@cornstorelimerick.com.
